The space

Set in a converted factory building, the loft keeps its bones — exposed brick, whitewashed timber beams, and super-high 13-foot ceilings — and pairs them with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The whole apartment faces south, so natural light pours in all day; when you'd rather sleep in, every bedroom has blackout shades.

The main bedroom has a queen bed framed by an arched factory window and exposed brick. The second bedroom doubles as an office, with a desk, a TV, and a pull-out queen couch. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, and the kitchen/dining room has an additional desk if two people need to work at once.

Step outside and the 270 sq ft private terrace is yours alone: string lights overhead, a large dining table for dinners outside, and an outdoor couch for slow mornings. The Manhattan skyline is right there.
